In compliance with Rule 36 of the Bar Council of India Rules, Poonji Legal Solution does not advertise its services or solicit work. 2. Paid Consultation Terms (₹15,000 INR Fee)

Online legal consultations booked via our platform are charged at a fixed statutory fee of ₹15,000 INR per 45-minute session. Booking a session grants the user access to Senior Advocates for factual file evaluation, statutory analysis, and procedural guidance. Payment completion does not guarantee courtroom outcome or immediate bench filing without formal advocate engagement.

3. Attorney-Client Privilege & Information Protection

All documents, case files, FIR copies, and communications submitted through our secure intake forms are protected under legal professional privilege under Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act. We do not sell or share client information with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property & Jurisprudential Publications
