Consultation Fee & Gateway Refund Guidelines
Fixed Paid Consultation Fee: ₹15,000 INR (Inclusive of GST)
1. Nature of the Paid Consultation Fee
The fixed fee of ₹15,000 INR covers senior advocate time allocation, pre-session factual document audit, and a 45-minute structured legal strategy conference. Because professional advocate time is reserved exclusively upon booking, consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the session has taken place.
2. Session Rescheduling & Cancellation Rules
If a client requests cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time, a 100% credit or rescheduling option will be provided without extra charges. Cancellations requested less than 12 hours before the session may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.
3. Payment Gateway Technical Failure Refunds
In the event of duplicate payment deductions or technical error during the Razorpay transaction process where a fee is debited without booking confirmation, a 100% refund will be initiated automatically to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Processing Timeline & Support
